Creator of “This Shitz’ The Balm!”
Anna is the owner of a Therapeutic Day Spa set in the rolling hills of Central Wisconsin. She has been a Massage Therapist since 1999 specializing in manual therapy techniques such as Zero Balancing & Myofascial unwinding. Anna is also a yoga instructor, weight trainer and Master Gardner. She loves her dogs, canning and any outdoor activity. Her passion for gardening and medicinal herbs and wanting safer ingredients is what brought her to creating her own recipes of herbal tinctures, oils and topical balms/lotions. Dealing with her own arthritis and body aches along with treating others for over 25 years she wanted to create products that help beyond the therapy room.
“This Shitz’ The Balm!” Is the Registered name of a line of products custom created by Anna. Anna forages and grows most of her herbs / plants that are used in her products. Anything she purchases is Natural or Organic and as locally sourced as possible.
Anna has taken the Master’s Gardening course and has a Hemp Processing License. She will forever learn and create.
